Join us for a two-day immersive Fuse Ladder Teacher Training at 416 Pilates Studio. This hands-on intensive is designed to deepen your understanding, refine your teaching skills, and elevate your movement practice.

Training Schedule

Friday, April 24

10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
(1-hour lunch break — 8 total training hours)

Saturday, April 25

10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
(1-hour lunch break — 8 total training hours)

Optional Sunday Sessions

Sunday is available for private sessions or additional small-group training hours if desired. Groups are welcome.

To schedule Sunday sessions, please contact Meghan at 416 Pilates.

Please note: Additional private or small-group sessions are billed at an hourly rate and are not included in the training tuition.
